Get a US address mailing by calling

1-312-922-1788 ( The Mail Center of Chicago, Inc.)
They'll open an account with a mailing address, phone number
and will forward your mail to you.

Do these two things and then use any bank on the 
Internet or http://www.pcbank.com, Citibank online
or Bancorp just sign up with; your address, phone and the 
Taxpayer ID.
You are all set to open your E-Commerce Merchant Account.
