The Partnership Program
is designed to address the changing market requirements of the small to mid
sized bank or credit union. We have successfully established ourselves as a business partner to
numerous large and small financial institutions. The Partnership Program offers flexibility to all
its participants, while providing a competitive program offering, that is
tailored to your specific needs and requirements. This program provides revenue to your bank or credit union,
a reduction in overhead and risk, along with the continued ability to provide merchant account bank services to
your commercial accounts. You've just started offering business checking accounts, and to keep your clientele
in house the next step is Merchant Accounts to process their credit card transactions. Perhaps you
already offer Merchant Accounts and a secondary Provider is needed to keep the
higher risk merchants accounts in house. The following relationships are available under the Credit Union,
Bank Partnership Program.

Conversion Account Program: This program has been designed for banks and credit unions currently using another referral partner, but choosing to change their relationship. This merchant account program provides for revenue sharing on the monthly bankcard volume of the existing merchants that convert. CardService International is positioned to assume all of the portfolio's risk. There is no application fee to your merchants when they convert. For new referrals this program offers a one time fee on approved accounts and shared revenue on the bankcard volume of all merchants.
Shared Revenue Program: This program is available to credit unions and banks that wish to stay in the merchant account processing business, and choose to share the risk with CardService International. Cardservice will establish at the partnering financial institution a specific bank identification number designed for all accounts referred by that financial institution. CardService will share equally in the risk and profit for the portfolio. CardService will receive a monthly maintenance fee for each account within the portfolio. "Merchant account processing income" consists of the following income elements of related Visa and MasterCard merchant processing, discount income, electronic transaction fees, monthly minimum fees, customer service fees and Address Verification fees.
e Lead Tracking and Reporting System:
This is state of
the art, unique and unprecedented in the transaction processing industry
allowing our partners 24/7 access to sales management and lead status. As the
sales rep receives the lead it is up dated each and every step of the way.
The eLead
site is secured and password protected, either a single lead can be typed in
or a file up loaded in an ASCII format. Monthly residual and/or commission
reports can be viewed and down loaded by our banks and credit unions. eLeadTrack is another technological
innovation instituted by CardService International to support our partner
relationships. Cardservice International's state-of-the art eLeadTrack web site
is designed to boost sales figures even higher. The unique site, unprecedented in
the transaction processing industry, allows our partner banks to upload or download
lead referrals and make inquiries, among the many other functions made available.
The eLeadTrack system has the
capability to process, track and report on the status of both pre- and non-qualified leads.
It creates more accountability for Cardservice International sales agents, and it tightens
the overall flow of lead referrals from banks to Cardservice International to the company's
sales force.
The eLeadTrack system,
which is a secured and password protected site,
works like this:
One of Cardservice International's partner banks sends the referral to
the web site via an electronic file in a comma delimited ASCII format. The bank then uploads
the information. Once Cardservice International receives the file from the bank, the referral
is processed and assigned to the agent office closest to the lead's ZIP code.
The agent retrieves the information from Cardservice International's extranet site and reports
back to the company on the lead's disposition. Cardservice International then
sends the information to eLeadTrack, informing the bank or credit union of the lead's status.
CardService International: Will offer full service with all of the above programs, supported by a local CardService office. This includes assuming or sharing risk, as well a providing sales representation and full bank staff training.
CardService International: Offers an e-commerce merchant account program, with the Link Point Cart, Link Point Secure Payment Gateway, Periodic Billing, Secure Down Load Programming and Level II Purchasing Card acceptance. All other gateways at or above 128 bit encryption are also supported.
